3D Digital  Asset + Data

Our IT solutions are based on web-based visualization platforms which allow clients to  view as-built, intelligent 3D Models linked to selected types of Operation or Maintenance Data. This can include CMMS systems such as Meridium, Maximo, SAP and Oracle for data integration.

 

The new model allows users to see your virtual plant component with all its associated operational and maintenance information on one single application. The O&M technicians can walk along the virtual model and find engineering data such as P&ID´s, Piping Class, Instruments Data, Data Sheets, Structural Steel properties, and other engineering attributes instantaneously. Data such as RBI Risk Matrix, Corrosion Loops, NDT Data, operational settings, maintenance plans and many other key O&M data can be as well accessed on real time right over the existing 3D Model.

3D Non-Intelligent Models

After data registration and point cloud post-processing, digital 3D models containing accurate and precise geometrical data are reproduced on computers using specialized software.

Created 3D semi-intelligent models are then uploaded onto the design platforms such as Cadworx, E3D, PDMS , Polynom and others for data linkage and data reproduction .

3D Intelligent Models

Upon completion of the 3D non-intelligent model, the produced file gets uploaded onto the clients' preferred design platform. Such platforms include Aveva PDMS , Intergraph Smart Plant 3D, or Polynom. Previously developed as built conditions and attributes are then loaded and linked to the new Model.

 

Engineering attributes such as: structural steel members; Piping Class ; P&ID´s ; Equipment and Instruments Tags ; Equipment Data; Electrical Data ; Vendors Data ; Operational settings, and other engineering information, are uploaded for final delivery to the client. The final user will be able to access and navigate through the 3D Model.

Our IT solutions provide clients with the ability to access any engineering and/or operational and maintenance data, linked directly between the 3D model and the native engineering and O&M Files or databases. The as-built model gets linked to the client CMMS databases (eg : Meridium, Maximo or SAP)  for a two way access to the data related to any component in the plant. You can see your virtual plant component with all its associated operational and maintenance information in one single application.

Integrity & Reliability Data Visualization

The O&M technicians can walk through the Virtual Model and find engineering data such as P&ID´s, Piping Class; Instruments Data, Structural Steel properties and other engineering attributes instantaneously.

Produced RBI / Risk Inspection as per API 581 and ISO 55000 can be visualized and risk identified directly over the 3D Model. Other Data such as Corrosion CML’s / TML’s, NDT Data; Operational settings; Maintenance plans and many other key O&M data can be as well accessed in real time right over the existing 3D Model to have a centralized vision of your asset.
